Potter at Stonepool Pottery in Worthington, MA since 1986. Born NYC 1955. BA Anthropology from Amherst College (1978). Studied at Penland with Michael Simon and Mary Roehm. Wood-fire stoneware inspired by early American pottery. Editor of "A Chosen Path: The Ceramic Art of Karen Karnes" (UNC Press 2010). Co-founder of POW! Pots on Wheels! collaborative.
