Glass scientist & artist (1910-1987). Vice president of Johns-Manville Fiber Glass. Co-led the 1962 Toledo Museum of Art workshops with Harvey Littleton that launched the American Studio Glass movement. Developed affordable small furnace technology enabling individual artists to blow glass independently.
